4/20 Drive Thru!

We’re excited to serve you, and we’ve created a smooth, streamlined drive-thru experience to make your visit as quick and convenient as possible. Whether it’s your first time or you’re returning for your favorite products, this guide will help you navigate the flow of our drive-thru with ease.

Getting Started: Entry

When you arrive at WholesomeCo, please enter from the east side of the building—just look for the signs marked “ENTER HERE” near Costco. This is the only entrance to the drive-thru lane. From there, you’ll drive north and follow the clearly marked path.

Two-Lane System

Once you’re in the drive-thru lane, you’ll reach a fork with two drive-thru lanes labeled Lane 1 and Lane 2. These are both active lanes designed to help reduce wait times and improve flow. Choose whichever lane has fewer cars or is guided by a staff member on-site. Don’t worry—both lanes offer the same great service and product access.

Drive-Thru Location

As you follow the lane, you’ll curve west along the north side of our building. You’ll see signs marked “TO DRIVE THRU” and “TWO LANES”, directing you toward the main service area. From here, both lanes run side-by-side, hugging the building’s edge until you reach the designated service windows. This is where you’ll interact with our friendly team and complete your pickup.

Please ensure your order is placed online in advance, as the drive-thru is reserved for pickup orders only. If you haven’t placed an order, we’ll guide you on how to do so or direct you to our retail lobby if needed.

Completing Your Pickup

When you arrive at the window, have your medical cannabis card and valid photo ID ready. Our team will confirm your order and bring it directly to your vehicle. Payment will be collected at this time, and then you’ll be all set to head out with your items.

Exiting the Drive-Thru

Once your order is fulfilled, simply continue forward and follow the sign marked “TO EXIT”. You’ll loop south around the corner of the building and exit the same way you came in, heading back out toward the main road or into the Costco parking area.

Helpful Tips

• Drive slowly and carefully—there may be other patients or team members assisting vehicles.
• Make sure your vehicle is in park during your interaction at the service window.
• If you have any questions during your visit, our staff will be stationed along the drive-thru and are happy to assist you.
