1. Eligibility: The Lift Ticket Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of Utah who are at least 21 years old as of the date of entry and possess a valid Utah medical cannabis patient card. Employees of WholesomeCo, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules and represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of WholesomeCo as final and binding as they relate to the Sweepstakes.
3. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted from April 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM MST through April 20, 2025, at 11:59 PM MST (the "Sweepstakes Period"). All online entries must be received by April 20, 2025, at 11:59 PM MST to be eligible, and mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 20, 2025, and received by May 3, 2025
4. How to Enter:
- Automatic Entry: Each delivery purchase made at WholesomeCo during the Sweepstakes Period automatically grants one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, and orders being delivered count as a written prize notice.
- Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without making a purchase, mail a 3”x 5” card with your full name, valid Utah medical cannabis patient card number, email address, phone number, and mailing address in a sealed envelope to: WholesomeCo Lift Ticket Sweepstakes, 580 W 100 N, Bountiful, Ste. 1, UT 84010. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 20, 2025, and received by May 3, 2025.
- There is no limit to entries, regardless of the method of entry.
5. Prizes: A total of 63 winners will be selected. Each winner will receive a ticket in their next delivery order and an email from Wholesome with the giveaway title in the subject line, which grants $40.20 in issued credits into the winner's account. The approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize is of a verifiable retail value: $40.20. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at WholesomeCo’s discretion. Any prize-related expenses, including, without limitation, any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. We reserve up to 15 tickets to give to selected entrants. The prize should be redeemed before 4/1/2026.
6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received and are subject to Section 5: Prizes.
7. Winner Selection & Notification: Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by WholesomeCo each day, subject to provision set forth in Section 5: Prizes. Winners will be notified within 48 hours of their selection via email, push notification or SMS, and there will be a ticket included in winners next delivery order. This delivery will count as the claim period. WholesomeCo is not responsible for winners' failure to receive notifications due to spam, junk email, or other security settings. WholesomeCo does not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, gender, disability, or any other protected status in administering the sweepstakes.
8. Terms & Conditions: WholesomeCo reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should any cause corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and WholesomeCo reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless WholesomeCo, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
10. Disputes: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Utah, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree that any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively through binding arbitration in Salt Lake City, Utah.
11. Requesting Information: To obtain a copy of the statement of odds or Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to WholesomeCo, 580 W 100 N, Bountiful, Ste. 1, UT 84010. Requests must be received no later than May 31, 2025.
12. Sponsor: WholesomeCo, 580 W 100 N, Ste. 1, Bountiful, UT 84010, is the sole sponsor of the Sweepstakes.
13. Social Media Disclaimer: This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, or any other social media platform. By participating, you acknowledge that you are providing your information to WholesomeCo and not to any social media platform.
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of WholesomeCo, which are final and binding in all respects.
